5. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service but provide it on a best-effort basis without specific uptime guarantees. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RephraseAI for:

  • Generating spam or misleading content
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Creating harmful or malicious content
  • Attempting to reverse engineer our service

8. Limitation of Liability

RephraseAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.
